On 4th of December my account was debited of rs. 14900 but amount not be given by atm. i file a complain on coustmer care and the complain number is AT655110603489. again i contact with customer care they told me that your amount was credited on 10th of December but my account is not credited till now. Branch response is not good they told me to only wait. Nodal officer of my region told me that your branch tell us that they credited your amount. so pls make it clear. help me out form here.

i want my money back as soon as possible.
