I’m having account in State Bank of India, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh with Account No: 20060462104. An amount of Rs 37977.85/- got debited from my account without my knowledge. I raised a complaint with Chennai Crime Branch, C.No: 13897 Dt: 23.08.2013. An amount of Rs 4800/- got credited on 23/10/2013. But thereafter I haven’t received the remaining amount. I’m also not getting any details/feedback from Bank personnel. I request you to kindly look into the matter and make sure my money will be credited back asap. Please find the attachment as you can bank clearly stated that they’ll return the money in 45days but I haven’t received. They’re not able to provide Transaction Time/IP addresses which Chennai Cyber Crime Police are asking for. Please look into this matter.
