We wait in long queue to withdraw money from ATM ,but many times it shows insufficient fund where as we have sufficient amount in our bank. Then it is no matter for us and we withdraw from other ATM. But unknowingly if we try to withdraw more money than we have in our account .then they charge penalty for that. Is it justified? My account no. Is 30222257510

I demand Returning of penalty amount charged with compensation.
