SBI – dealy in updating records bad and slow service

Dear Sir, This is Subhajit Chandra residing near to girish park (kolkata 6) and one of the account holder in the SBI Vivekananda Road. I would like to launch complaint against very slow service and very bad service with the bad electronic kit. I just got fadeup while i want to update my passbook. Normally i am working in software sector, and don’t get time everyday to go to bank. In 5 months duration i like to update my passbook there, there I have 3 – 4 account and 11 to 12 deposits. but while i go to bank I think I might begging my money from there, or begging any service in free. they often refuses in excuse of timeup, executive absent, machine out of order, by chance if i want to diposit of withdraw money from the counter atleast 1 hour i need to wait. there the numbering system has but executives often kept some coupon for there favourite customer. while i complaint to manager, he just want to oliling customer but no improvement in service. Executives behaves very casual to the aged people as they are Illeterate.

I just want improvement in service and bank must give the value of the time of consumer. want to stop harrasment every time I faced. Want no refusal at work. and want some most important step if bank and bank manager ignores this complaint.
