Dear Sir i have saving acct in SBI Motipur and my acct No is 11373560580. last year in 2013 i submitted an application for change of my mobile no, they changed my mobile no for alert but they not changed my mobile for internet banking. On 31 Jul i again submitted an application for updation in internet banking. i requested to give me receipt, they denied and told me that it will be updated in the evening. on second day ie 01 Mr Jha called me for verification, but my mobile not updated. then i complaint to their portal vide complaint Nos CS1033513480626, CS1033513469649, CS1033513511622, CR1064713592268,IB1033513592271, OS9992213598536, CS1033513622166, CS1033513646545, even i had complained through their all channels which was provided on their website ie. gm, nodal officer, inb.customer@sbi.com. but till date they have not updated my mobile. its a failure of thir system.
i need disciplinary action against the defaulter and apology in written and of course inundation my mobile no for internet banking and 1000 as a compensation.
