SBI has blocked the credit limit of about Rs 10000 on my SBI credit card , and there are no details about the money blocked on my credit card, the unbilled outstanding total shows about Rs 35792 , but the unbilled transactions that i have done total up-to about Rs 25792(approx.),. I have emailed a complaint letter to SBI and I have also registered a complaint on phone to customer services, but still have not received any resolution, the exec on the phone said they will review it, but did not get any positive response.

I want the credit limit to be cleared as soon as possible, and an adequate compensation for the mistake done by the bank and compensation for the loss suffered, because of the money being blocked, and also the compensation for the mental stress ,trauma,and tension that I am going through.
