Dear sir/madam, account no:20248507145 name: k.abdul rasheed. Debit card number:45XXXX0206677615. Respective atm id:s10d003870004. I deposited rs 800 (100*3, 500*1) in sbi cash deposit machine loacted in sbi e-corner. The amount went into the machine and then suddenly it displayed hardware error. The amount was not credited in my account. I didnt receive a slip either . The nearest branch manager said they will count the amount deposited into the cdm and if there is excess amount as claimed by me it will be credited into my account. I am not sure this process is correct. How can i trust the person who is counting. I need your help. Kindly help me in this concern. This is a worst experience. This is the kind of quality that sbi possesses. Atleast they could have refund my amount.
