I have been a bank customer for last 10+ years. Since last 4 years (including this year) the bank bounces my cheque/EMI/etc stating insufficient funds although there is more than sufficient funds in my account. The same was repeated again this month 15 April onwards. My cheque was bounced and then my mutual fund emi has been bounced. On confronting the bank all they do is apologise and give a letter of apology accepting the mistake and then necessary corrections are made only to be repeated next year. I have been facing this for past 4 years. Every year it is the same story with a promise it will not be repeated and yet again it is repeated.
Immediate waiver of all bank charges and bank interests retrospectively and further payment of INR 10,00,000/- for loss of reputation due to lack of attention and negligence of duty and service on bank’s part.
