On 15.04.14, sbi card released my bill statement from 16.03.14 to 15.04.14. It was of around 11892Rs. Later after five days I have cancelled one transaction of 10700Rs which was re credited back into the sbi card account 10 days prior to bill due date which was 05.05.2014.After that I have spoken to sbi customer representative and inquired bout this reverse transaction, they told me that sir it it has been credited so your net bill is 11892-10700 i.e. 1100 rs or something for which bill due date is 5.05.14. Based on this I has managed my account and was planning for my further arrangement with the money which I was speculating as my salary.But unduly, sbi card deducted 7934rs on bill due date and billed all the un-billed transactions which I have made after bill generation date. As per policy all these un-billed transaction are to billed on 15.05.14 for which payment due date should be 05.06.2014 but sbi cards did it unprofessionally and unethically to debit all these un-billed transactions. Now when i have called then and enquired about this, they simply said sorry its a technical mistake.Nobody is raising any alternate option to reverse my money back to me.

I demand Compensation for mental and financial harassment -Complaint against the agency so that in near future such thing should not happen -Compensation against the image defamation among society for m=non paying their money on time as per commitment.
