I have sbi card no 5241 8263 9905 2741. used he balance transfer in the month of dec 2011. thy are two transactions 5000 and 5001. in which 5000 is credited in axis bank card. and the other transaction that is 5001 is debited in sbi card but not credited in axis card and not even refunded back to sbi card. from one year am trying to get back my amount. thy are just ignoring and asking me to follow up with axis bank. its not the responsibility of axis to give me my money. please help me to get my money back.

Economic loss- 5001 and interest charged by sbi cards and interest charged by axis cards. physical damage- mental stress and couldn’t meet the creditor on time payment, i hav been insulted by my family and friends because of money. unable to meet timely commitments.

My money back with all interest of both the banks and compensation. and a apology letter.
