SBI – I am facing lots of service problems from the branch

My Name is Ganesh, I am a four years old customer of SBIBank, I am facing lots of service problems from the branch for which I tried to contact SBI care net banking customer centre logged lots of tickets online — 1). Drooped check on Friday (10-01-2014) Still not credited in my account, its in uncleared balance from last 4 Days (ICICI bank Check Rs-8119/-) 2). After giving application Still my Mobile no is not yet registered and I am not able to receive the any alerts for ATM transactions. 3). Mobile No xxxxxxx251 was registered at time of account opening after that it changed to xxxxxxx099 approx. two years before changed this no) by visiting the Bank. online Transaction alert updated but ATM transaction alert still not updated to new mobile No.(xxxxxxx099) 4). When Checked my internet banking profile it shows correct no registered in my account ( I.e. xxxxxxx099), but when I am accessing the option of SMS alert on net banking and updating the alert status then after saving the alerts it says “SMS alert updated successfully for mobile No xxxxxxx251″as it shows the no xxxxxxx251 is registered for core banking. 5). After all this difficulties I visited to branch to apply the form of mobile No. registration and SMS alert on Saturday (11-01-2014) but still it is not processed. 6). No inter net banking application ( SBI freedom-premium) is available for Sony Xperia Neo L phone ( Android), application available in market is getting installed but not functioning properly 7). Asked bank executive for help, I. Bank executive NOT AWARE ABOUT premium version. ii. Asked for any available application and demo but executive said to do it by your self uninstall previous version and again install it from internet. Which I am doing on daily basis and its not working for me. Written mail to branch with all this description and requested to reply till end of the day with reasons ( not even resolution at least reason) but no reply then at the time of 4.30 again sent mail to branch for reminder to branch still no response from branch on this,really very careless systems. on every incident or issues beautiful answer from all centralised systems (like net banking, telebanking) is kindly visit your home branch to resolve the issue. Currently pending Complain no’s with SBI logged in net banking systems – 1594553 1593554 1593550 1593514 Complains registered with SBI care CS461811045863 CB461811055925

at least reply for queries asked by account holders… give the answer not exceptions. like we are sorry due to technical problem not able to give details/contact to branch. etc. not a single answer from bank.
