I tried to pay college application form fees(Rs. 500) through SBI Internet Banking on January 17 two times. however the transaction was unsuccessful both the times. My money (500 + 500) was deducted, but not refunded to me even after 45 days. As per RBI guidelines, such an amount should be credited within seven days else they (banks) are bound to pay such victim of the ATM fraud Rs 100 per day.

I have lodged the complaint with sbi 4 times. Every time they say it will take 10 days. but still money is not refunded. I am a non earning person living in Mumbai. 1000 rs. is a big amount for me. 1000 rs. is equal to my 10 days food charges. I want my money refunded as well as the compensation for the inconvenience caused. SBI is well known for troubling their customer with their pathetic services.
