I have a saving account in Vizag steel plant branch & wanted to transfered the same in Purulia Branch(W.B).On 9th Sep,2013 I went along with all required document.But branch maganer Mr.Mihir Saha refused to process my request and said you should go to your home branch(Vizag) I can’t take more responsiblity. Is it not harrasment for a customer who has been transfered for one place to another to go back 1000 Kms ,take leave & spend money for the process which can be done in few days.
