I recharged my mobile number 9616556666(Airtel) on 31/12/2012 through Rs.40 by SBI Mobile Banking but the mobile was not recharged and the amount was deducted from my account. I raised a complaint with my mobile service provider(Complaint number-CONRC31231384374) and I was told that may be the amount has been deducted from my account but it has not reached Airtel and so I should contact my bank. So I request you to see to the matter and credit the amount at the earliest.
