have purchased a policy of SBI life, from their agent. Upon discussion they informed me that this is fixed return policy and if you do not want to take life cover we will make adjust ment and it will work as a RD. Upon recieving policy documents I called agent and told him why service charges are getting deducted? It is not what was you explained me at that time, hence I want to send back and stop the policy. But he came along with his manager and told it will be topup in your account, so you don’t worry. Upon repeated follow up I could come to know my balance.I was surprised to see that lots of rs. got deducted from my account. Seeking your help.
