I Had made transaction of 11999 using SBI Credit Card on Flipkart.com on 12th Jan 2015 and the transaction was failed, then i made another transaction of 11999 for the same product on Flipkart, the transaction was successful. transaction reference Id, MT1501300230 00010003728 – FAILED MT1501300230 00010003737 – Success. I have not received the refund of the failed transaction. Initially the bank took the complaint of cancelling with ref Id 0140277283083 on 27th Jan 2015, then later when i called they are saying i have to pay for the failed transaction. This is injustice.

I am harassed to pay for failed transaction which is 11999 Rs. I am threatened to pay else i will have to pay extra interest charges and Late payment fees.
