5 month before i have applied for agency to SBI Life insurance Branch Kanker (CG). but by som problem i was absent from the IRDA agents exam. But now i want to take agency of LIC of India so applied on LIC of India. But when they tried to register my name on IRDA portal they got the message that the candidate is already registered for SBI life. So i went to SBI life and told them to remove or cancel my URN from IRDA portal. But they told me they can’t do anything even they are not providing me my old URN no.
