I am a serving amred forces personnel(Indian Navy) holding SBIsavings a/c XXXXX745569 and have applied for new cheque book and conversion of savings account to DSP ACCOUNT(DEFENCE SALARY PACKAGE)while on leave at SBI Kora kendra, Borivali branch on 10 Jan 13. But till todate no action or response has been undertaken as i have reported to duty station and anxious of the same undermining the duty to the nation for these issues . req take necessary action. i will be highly obliged for the same
