Sir/Mam I am a retired service personnel from Army and I retired on 30th Sept 2013. It’s 3 months now and I have not received any pension from SBI and the reason that they state is some paper work. Every time I visit my home branch I get the same reply that your file is being created which will help in your work. I have written a mail to SBI Chandni Chowk regarding this but there has been no redress al of the problem. Sir/Mam I had planned for some investment in plots and wished to build my house after retirement but due this negligence behaviour I have suffered losses mounting to 3 lakhs approx by not having money in time. Please help me in getting my pension with the RBI rules which suggest a 2% interest for the delayed period plus if you can help me in getting me some compensation that will be nice of you. I want the pension at the 2% interest which RBI suggest under its rules and above that please help me in compensating for the 3 lakhs loss that I suffered. The mental trauma that I went through is though unmeasurable. Please help me with the same.
