I had opened an RD account on 15/11/2011 for a period of 3 years with monthly instalment of Rs. 25000/- @9.25% maturing on 15/11/2014. The RD account prematurely closed on 12/10/2013 after a period of 1 year and 11 months. On premature closure, interest was paid at 8.75% which is 0.50% below 9.25% which worked out to Rs. 36155/-. However, complete interest amount been charged as penalty for which I am asking the clarification and now not getting any response from the concerns

My purpose of closing RD account partially unsolved and loss of finance in the form of interest loss, additional loss to acquire required fund from other source, mental harassment and frustrations

I wish to get my compensation for financial and mental harassment.
