Respected authority, I am the accound holder of SBI Samta char rasta from vadodara , gujarat. I want to inform you that the staff of this branch is of the level of post office. The manager is of the level of postmaster who don’t know any thing about the banking. I want information for the current account before few days but they treat me like i am the criminal and i have done big crime. they dont have any type of knowledge about it. Even manager is also illiterate. They are not ready to issue the blank form for opening the account because of unavailability of for. But although passing of 3 days they are not serious to arrange the form. After that i went to MS University SBI branch and take the form and give the copies to SBI ( Samta char rasta branch) . I have both current and saving account in this branch. They are not capable to guide the clients. All the staff is working like they are giving us service in free. I request you to take serious action. Please visit this branch or call the account holders and ask them all about the bank working style. If you will come to bank and seriously check then you will come to find that this Samta char rasta branch is not more than Vegetable market and none staff is capable to work in bank. The main problem is manager because he is not the person who handle this bank. You will come to know that not a single person is satisfied with this bank service. Please do hurry. We have opened the bank account for good service. But because of this manager all the clients are suffering a lot. Please do the needful things and do something for investigation of this matter. Please we are facing a lot. I am continuously rounding the bank from last 6 days for opening my current account and i think I will need more 10 days for the same. Because the higher authority of SBI is not taking action against this type of issues. Sir we always want to join with you and be the part of SBI but because of the bad service we are loosing the confidence on ourself and also on SBI. Please do the needful things.
