I and my wife were holding a joint SBI account with SBI Saidapet branch office located at Chennai. That on 02.12.2013 Rs. 40,000- were withdrawn from my SBI account using skimmed/ cloned ATM and four transactions of Rs” 10,000/- each were made. The fact of the fraud is clearer as the original SBI ATM card was with me when the amount of Rs. 40,000/- was withdrawn fraudulently and further no sms alerts received when the amount was withdrawn. After one month of follow up SBI provided the discpute forms to submit. Even after submitting the dispute forms ,SBI is not resolving the issue
Given the above sequence of events I request SBI to immediately refund my amount of Rs. 40,000/- immediately. I also request SBI to compensate me with Rs.10000 for all the mental stress and emotional sufferings I had to face due to SBI’s faulty and deficient service.
