I have purchased a policly from you on 28.07.2012 through online SBIlife website contact, but u insert agnet in policy paper without my knowledge, As per SBI life terms & condition if customer not satisfied with policy, then customer can return policy within 15 days of the receiving policy documents, so i reached to your jamnagar office for return of policy, but as per our communication you agreed to return me deducting amount Rs. 5000 after 3-4 days & remaining Rs. 3250 through cheque, as per agreed understanding, you told me to deposit the cheque in july-2013, But now while i am talking with you giving me rotating answer since last 5 days
