Scamming and misbehaviour with customers

I bought a new airtel dth connection in 2012. The plan selected by me when i bought the device was mega pack (Mega pack monthly recharge is RS. 326). When i was recharging my account online in january 2013 for the first time, i checked that all of my information in their database is incorrect. I was hesitant to recharge before resolving the problem. After resoling the issue i recharged my account on 12th january 2013 with an amount of RS. 326. When i checked that they chearged me twice for the same amount again, i called them and let them know about their mistake. Without any authorization they charged me twice and their customer support people are very rude to me. They have the worst customer support in india. After that on 14th march 2013, i learned that they have changed my package from RS.326 to RS.410 without any notice. When i contacted customer care they told me that i choose the package for RS.410 at the time i bought and they said that our prices increased but we are sorry that we were not able to inform you. My problem is still not resolved by them, as my subscription is expired due to no balance in the account.

I want them to return the amount that they charged without authorization or they should let me use the services that i already paid for according to the package i selected when i bought a new connection.
