Dear sir, Currently Indian government banks are recruiting for higher number of vacancies, but some of the banks not properly collecting caste certificate. so the candidate unfairly go selection in this recruitment with forged community certificates of OBC and SC/STs. So the right candidates from his communities didn’t get reservation benefits. In OBC vacancy Creamy layer principle is not followed by government banks.So the candidates from rich financial back grounds gets OBC reservation .The the people from poor financial background did not get reservation benefits because banks are not following creamy layer in recruitment.so those who deserved sidelined.I humbly request government should give instructions to banks regarding community or caste certificates for recruitment and also follow creamy layer principle.The candidates with forged documents of community certificate should be punished.The should check that particular candidate community also in states list also.Please take necessary steps for the benefits of right candidates. yours faithfully vishnu
