SD Enterprises – defective damaged products sold not responding

I received a defective car vaccum cleaner on 13th May 2014.The was not even in a working condition.I reported this on the customer care of the website, sice this website has a 7 day return policy against the defective or damaged products so I asked them to change my product or refund my money. I did not receive any reply from , then I sent thenm 3-4 mails that I am facing a lot of problems so please change it. These people are not even responding to my requests or complaints and there is no helpline number on which I can call and talk to the perso directly , moreover the Dealer SD Enterprises located in Sadar Bajar is not even picking up my phone nor responding to my texts. I am attaching a screen shot of complaints that I have already registerd on website , these people are not even responding to them.

I want my product to be replaced or they should refund my money.
