I had purchased Karbonn A 9 Plus Smart mobile on 18 November 2012 from near by dealer in lower parel (Jairam which has been renamed as chamanda 11). The mobile started giving issue since after 6 months. The battery was too week and dealer told me that since I am using 3G it will last only for 2-3 hours. In the 11th month I had touch problem for which I had asked by dealer to submit the mobile to the service center.
I am really very sorry to say that the service provided by karbonn service provider “Vardavinayak Services” in Mumbai is poor. Also the contact number – 9768969306 of the service provider on karbonn website is out of service.
Even I had sent couple of mails on below Email Ids from my email id sudarshan.rasam@axisbank.com till yet not received any reply support@karbonnmobiles.com, info@karbonnmobiles.com, vardavinayak.services@gmail.com; vivekmathur9@gmail.com
Our dealer had submitted the mobile on 9.11.2013 and now today is 29.11.2013, till date I have not received my mobile. It has taken more 20 days to repair a mobile.

Sorry to say but this is a very bad and ugly service provided by karbonn service center, even the phone numbers provided on Service Job sheet are dead.
Today when I called 011-46604660, karbon support new Delhi’s number, Ms. ITI had picked up my call & she told me that the mobile is still with service center Vardavinayak Services & she don’t know the reason for the same . Since from 21 days this people have kept my mobile with them without any action are they joking.
Request your kind action on this, as these people are taking things on granted. The mobile was under warranty period.
