1. I was employed as Regional manager(Operations) at Kolkata on 01 Mar 2009, looking after operational maintenance of all mobile towers in Howrah & hooghly districts of WB on 24X7 basis. Prior to this I had served in the Corps of Signals(Army), and my performance was superb to bring additional profits to the company.
2. My services was suddenly terminated on 22 Sep 2009. Company has refused to pay my dues.
3. I had submitted complaints to Mr. G Saha, Instpector Shops & Establishments at Church Lane (near High Court), Kolkata- 700 001 in the month of Nov 2009. Thereafter, two meetings were held at Mr. Saha’s Barrackpur office in the presence of HR Manager, G4S. Good progress was made to pay my dues. But recently there is no initiative from the Inspector to solve the case and almost five months have passed. Mr. Saha doesn’t even answer my telephone calls, let alone solving the issue.
3. May I request you to help me restore my honour and clear my dues by the end of this month. Waiting for your reply.
