We were promised of a service of installation and configuration of a network system for our residence within 15 days of confirming our order. The entire payment was made on July 6, 2013, Mr. Rajesh Maniar insisted on a bearer cheque/ cash for the same. It’s been over 90 days that the promised services have not been delivered. We have tried contacting Mr.Maniar umpteen number of times for the same, but all in vain. Request if you could help us out with this issue.

I would want, at least, the promised service to be activated, and a compensation equal to the amount charged (Rs. 25000) for the proposed service for mental stress and duress we have undergone in chasing Mr Rajesh Maniar to provide his promised services
