Please note that I am employee under the Company Namely M/s. Kamala Tea Co. Ltd, 240B, A.J.C Bose Road, Kolkata – 700020. That during my service period company deduct money from my monthly salary for PF. But the company did not deposite my money on PF from 2004 to 2007, December. Several time request my company for deposite my moner to PF but they can not deposite. Then I go to PF office and fill up Form 10C and 19. But still now PF no action taken against this Company. Only one letter they send to office. At present I am unemployed and need money. I fill up form 19 and 10C on 19.04.2009 and still date PF no action taken. Now i need your early response will get my PF accumulations. Hope you will surely realize my position and will consider my prayer.
