I was due for payment of Rs.10000/- as survival benefit on my money back LIC policy No.181858841. My Policy status is upto date and there is no break in my premium.LIC(Ajmer Division) firstly deducted Rs.1440/-. out of which a sum of Rs.1080/- remitted to me 2 months later.Rs.360/- still withheld by LIC without any reason.Besides mental torture I have spent hundreds of Rs.as postal charges in replying their querries.
