Dear Sir, I Mr.Mohd mazhar Qureshi. I have account with sharekhan commodity Pvt Ltd. I am trading on same platform later i opened a NSEL account through sharekhan and i purchesed 46 Kg e-silver. From last two months i was asking e-silver delivery in physical for the same i filled some forms provided by sharekhan but still we didnt get our e-silver commodity delivery in physical. Sharekhan executive Mr Rahul called me on 1st oct 2013 and said they are opening windows for selling e-commodity between 3rd oct to 9th oct 2013 for that i need to sign one consent letter and this opportunity is for first come first serve basis i am heart patient i under go with open heart surgery so in depression i signed consent letter to get my money / commodity in physical whatever is available . The consent letter metter i mention below pleasse go through with it. ((((((I/we hereby authorize sharekhan commodities pvt ltd. to participate on my/our behalf and agree to redeem my holdings of E-Gold/E-Silver (held inDp account /margin account of sharekhan) as per NSEL circular number – NSEL/DP/2013/79 dated 27th september 2013 . we have understood and accept the temrs of redemption as per circular aforesaid. i understand that there is no assurance that redemption request will be accepted. Also the aforesaid redemtion request is at my risk and consequences and i shall not hold sharekhan ltd / sharekhan commodities pvt ltd responsible. i conform and acknowledge that sharekhan commodities pvt ltd is laibe to pay me the money/delivery only upon receiving the same from the National Spot Exchange.)))))) Now every day our eyes on news but the conditions are not favourable as you know everything. In news they said on 21st oct then they said on 25th the court will announce whether the clients will receive e-commodity in physical or they receive their invested amount. kindly accept my complaint against sharekhan commodity pvt ltd.
