Sharp AC – Complaint closed without service

I logged a ticket (797677) with Sharp to service my aircondition. The call or the ticket was logged on 16 May 2015. As per the service levels of sharp I was told that the service will be done within 24 hours, which is Sunday. However, till this time 19 May 2015 (Tuesday), no service has been made or none from Sharp had called up to describe the situation as to why the service was not made on time. When I called up today to know the status, I was surprised to see that the ticket 797677 was closed stating that the service was made.

I have been following up with Rigor in vain. This has caused me a lot of mental pressure since we at home are unable to sleep since the air conditioner has not been providing the desired cooling effect and on top of it, Sharp electronics has been so irresponsible whenever I had called them and I had to spend money every time I call Sharp
