Hi, I went to shell petrol bunk at Old madras road, (close to Gopalan Signature mall and Big bazaar) on 26th December 2013 at around 10pm. (considering the time, it was quiet late and we were ina hurry to rush home). We asked for petrol to be filled full tank for my Mahindra Rodeo bike. It seemed like petrol was full and it came out of the tank. We dint bother much. Later when we checked the smell of petrol, seemed like it was mixed with kerosene. We argued with the manager there and it turned out to be of no use. Then we moved from Shell, just to realize that being charged 300 rupees for the petrol, we hardly had petrol worth 100 rupees. The petrol indicator of my vehicle showed it. We were made fools by the Shell people. We paid extra for the petrol we never got. Totally pissed off with Shell and their services.

I want a)Shell to provide proper service b) redress what i have lost (my words are my proof. I dont ahve any other proof to show them) c) File a complaint against Shell.
