I filled two sail.shine application form on 21st Janauary, 2014 but the transactions failed. For form 1 i tried two times and the second time it was added. For form 2 I tried again two times and both the time it failed but money was debited. I waited since then for refund but the amount has not been credited to my account. Details: SBI Debit Card: 519xxx9226 Amount: Rs. 515 on POS 00003869 at shine.com txn# 1: 012129771530 txn# 2: 012129766547 txn# 3: 012129771852 txn# 4: 012129773214 I send them mail on 29th Jan 2014 regarding refund and they have not replied. But, on 30th Jan 2014 I received a mail that the form has been accepted. I am happy for that, beside that my Rs. 1030/- are yet to be refunded. Please look into this matter and arrange for refund or give me further details. Thank You Summary: 1. I filled two application forms. 2. Took 4 transactions of Rs. 515 each to complete ie Rs.2060/-. 3. As 2 transactions failed I should be refunded Rs 1030/-. 4. More than one month over but no information abut the refund.
