This is with reference to miscommunication done by Shine.com‘ staff. I am looking for an appropriate job and in that context, I had uploaded my CV on the portal. After few days, customer service representatives from shine.com, started calling me on daily basis and forcing me to have their paid services so they can send my resume to all their clients and consultants. They were after my life to avail their so called featured profile. commitment level was too high at that time. Although, I was not very much keen to avail the services and have multiple concerns but post taking clarification from Shikha Chauhan and Robin, Somehow I got convinced. Huge promises were made by the Shine team, that the resume would be flashed across relevant recruiters which in turn would offer relevant job openings. As per Shikha, My CV would get floated for advertised and unadvertised Jobs and I do not need to apply for jobs separately.They have made so many commitments regarding resume featured profile. Now, I am finding all the commitments made by them totally false. I am only left with the clueless dash board, which do not have any relevant information. Post making money, no body is interested to take the calls. Post making payment, it took almost fifteen days to prepare the CV. First cut was just terrible, filled with typos errors , factually incorrect statements(despite having my resume as reference),and just high-sounding but completely unnecessary adjectives. after a tedious follow up with the resume writer, I got my CV uploaded. I have not got even a single call till now and neither I can view to whom my CV has been forwarded. process flow is not clear and there is body to assist me. Neha is assigned to me as one point of contact but it is just next to impossible to contact her on her mobile number. Instead of answering the call and resolve the issues, she prefers to switch off her mobile. She behaves as if she is the CEO of the company. Janki who I suppose, is the service executive, has no clue about the professional attitude. She even does not how to speak to the customer. I am really very frustrated from the arrogant behaviour of the both employees. They talk in such manner as if they are doing favor to the customer and customer is a beggar. As per my understanding, it is better to apply for jobs through free variant of the naukri instead of burning money on Shine’s featured resume. I am really very disappointed with the level of the services which is being rendered and would like to raise the case in consumer court. It is very harassing for me and total wastage of time and money both. If this was the mechanism which you are confirming me now, it should be informed to the customer prior, so that I should not have wasted my money on your stupid portal. Your staff has did over-commitments and had shown rosy picture. You should rob money directly from the customer in stead of doing this high voltage drama. I do not have
