I had booked an apartment in a project launched by shipra group gaziabad. The project name is capital City Chandigarh and the completion date given for the project was October 2014, I booked the apartment in October 2012 and have till date paid around Rs 17.6 lakes as initial payment. However the project did not take off and I requested for a refund in jan 2014. Mr gurpreet Singh , their manager at Chandigarh office confirmed that my request for refund has been processed and I shall get my refund by last week of March…however even after repeated requests, emails and verbal communication , nothing has been done

Shipra group should immediately refund my money along with at least 25% interest on the principal amount
