I have ordered the Nokia Bluetooth Headset Nokia BH-503 on 30th December 2013 and I received the order on 2nd January 2013. Though I received it earlier, I was unable to use it because the device is faulty. The device is not even switching on even after getting charged for 2 hours. I have contacted the shop clues team on the same day to request a return or the refund of the amount if the product is not available for the same price. When I contacted them on 8th of January, they are saying “We have to take an approval from the Merchant either for a refund or a replacement of the device”. However, the shop clues website has a 10 day return policy. Today is the 9th day I’m complaining you as they are not responding. Please do help me either with Return or the Refund of the product.
