Hi,

I had given a Panasonic High end phone 1868B along with its adapter and battery to this retailer. (National Sales Agency, Shop No. 12, Apna Bazar, Gurgaon. Tel No 0124: 2328286) for job work on Jan 14th, 2012 as its hand set was not working.
I still have the original receipt and I am chasing him to return my phone but shop keeper say that he has already delivered it me. I sense either he has lost it or delivered it to wrong owner. For either of the reasons, i can’t be blamed.
What action can i take in this case.
