1. On 5’th July 2014 , order was placed with shopclue.com (online shopping) for the purchase of smart mobile phone SAMSUNG Galaxy S 3 . The order number confirmed by shopclue.com was 16121021 (attached for ref. ) 2. An amount of 18, 249.00/- was paid to shopclue.com through net banking on the same day i.e. 5’th July 2014. 3. The mobile phone was received through courier on 9’th July , 2014 . 4. On receipt on mobile phone , i noticed two major concerns – a) The bill from the seller was missing which is very important for consumer . b) The Mobile phone given appears to be fake . We have checked the “device status “(attached pic for ref) on received phone which shows the status as “modified” . The status should be “Official” for new mobile . 5. These concerns were shared with shopclue but they are neither in a position to provide bill nor ready to replace the mobile phone . I am very much upset by this response of Shopclue .
