ordered a micromax mmx353G datacard on 9th August 2013 and paid the amount..Delivery time was 7 days approx…but they not only delivering the product nor they shipping the product as I can see the status is in processing after the order placed..Contacted the customer care after 7 days and and emailed also..They replied the same thing every time ..They were sorry for that and they escalated the issue and need time…I emailed again informing that i am going to complain against shopclues.com and after that if they didi not take steps for fast delivery then I will take steps agaist them…But they replied “Hello, Thank you for contacting ShopClues.com. Your request has been logged with ticket number 399502,402326( and many ), please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days. Team ShopClues.” or “Hello, With reference to your order, we have escalated the issue to the merchant regarding the delay in the order, we request you to kindly allow us sometime, so that we can co-ordinate with him and update you over the same. We appreciate your patience. Thanks, Sunil Sakya ShopClues Support” The same thing again and again.. As I am an old customer of shopclues.com i am facing these issues in last two months order , they are doing these inconveniences regularly and I was a victim of these late shipping and delivery in my past orders…Sometimes they don’t ship the item after weeks and weeks and then customer have to request to cancel the order claiming the refund …here a question arises ..If they cannot then why are they selling products online…I am very sad and feeling helpless. THis time they wasted my valuable 12 days where the product was in urgent demand…but Alas! they wasted my time and now giving excuses, not replying particular …Here this case is for the first steps against them for the regular inconveniences and irregularities .. So i request Consumercourtforum to survey these type of inconveniences caused by shopclues.com and take step against their negligence about customers after placing orders… Order No : 5744423 at shopclues.com
