ShopClues.com – Damaged product refund claim not agree

Sir i purchased a v-guard stabiliser ordr no-44427097 delivered on 10/04/2015,and found damaged product even outer packaging is not damage.i was not present at home so i loged a damaged return claim on 13/04/15(return id 1188979) .they provided me a return id and return address label to paste over package to return.since i claimed to pickup the product by shopclues itself so i was waiting for their reply.but after 7 days on 21/04/15 they updated my return claim has been declined and closed,by giving a mobile message that damage claim declined due to our policy that is damage claim to be file must be between two days after delivery.they didn’t reply to me that this claim cant b possible up to 7 days and after 7 days means after 10 days of delivery they closed my claim id.so now i cant be able to file any type of return claim since 10 days passed as per their policy.if my claim was wrong then why they were not informed me between 13/4/2015 to 20/4/15,then i may be able to claim for manufacturing defect return claim.but they waited to close that option for me and after crossed that date they messaged me and after that i called to customer care and he reply me that they emailed me but no email was came to me.and now they refusing my any return claim.
