I have placed an order for Strontium 16GB MicroSD Memory Card (Class 10) on 20/07/2013 with www.shopclues.com vide order no. 5237237. Company claims that order is completed and delivered to me but till today I haven’t received the material. On 24/07/13, It was shipped thru DTDC Courier, docket no. Z05572111. As per DTDC Online tracking, delivery status shows “IN TRANSIT” since 25/07/2013, there is no change in the status till today. I spoke to DTDC, they informed this consignment is lost and we have informed shopclues also. I am in regular touch with Shopclues, but not getting any satisfactory response, infact they are still claiming that this order is already completed.

My request is to please take some necessary action, so that I can get the refund of doble the money I paid to them with interest and also the expenses incurred on making telephone calls & internet charges for sending emails to them which is approx. Rs. 400/-. I will also accept if they can provide me the same product timely.
