Dear sir, Shopclues order id – 12809401. In April 09 2014 i purchased micromax x264 mobile from this site. till now i didn’t received product. also many times i contact customer support of shopclues.com they giving same reson as ‘plesae wait 24 hours we will update your Complaint through mail’.but till now i didn’t received any mail regarding this. please help me sir to refund amount .
