I ordered JBL J33i In-ear Earphones (White) , Order Number: 21473909 from shopclues.com on 28th Sep 2014 at 10:06 PM. I received the earphones on 7th October,2014 and i was shocked to find that the earphones were FAKE.Just by seeing the quality of the product you can tell its not an original product (i have been using JBL since the past 4 years). The box was not sealed , and there was NO BILL that was given with the product. There were no manual and other accessories that were promised with the product too. I registered the complaint at the website on 7th October at 6:30 pm, hoping that they would reply in 24-48 hrs (which is their normal policy) but even after repeated return requests and calling them on customer support helpline (which even after staying on the line for more than 10mins no one picks up) there has been no response from their side.

Firt of all,i am totally exhaused , i have sent them return request and called them.I have no idea what else should i do.I am truly traumatized to see the lackadaisical behavior of these people towards customer support. Please help me out.
