I purchased a pen online at Rs.1519, which was advertised as a Mont Blanc Pen priced originally at 34500, but offering a discount of 96%. However, when I received it, I realized it is a fake, and not an original one. when I complained to customer care, I was told that it “looks” like the one advertised, hence they cannot return/refund the same. I purchased only because of the brand advertised

I want replacement with the original, or refund of the amount I paid for the product and also, removal of such misleading product ads from the website that would cheat an unsuspecting consumer
