I ordered Combo of Air Compressor with Gauge & Tubeless Tyre Puncture Kit Code: 4259536 on 3rd Dec 14 and the expected delivery date was 13th Dec’14. But i am not able to get any information from Shopclues on my product. I have been calling multiple times and they keep telling that they have escalated it to their courier partner to track my product which is allegedly shipped. I want the prodcut to be cancelled and return the money i paid. They are not agreeing to pay back the money. I have reference ticket opened with them – 1585760
