i ordered(order no.4698945) SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND(29JUNE2013) through SHOPCLUES.COM online, payment made online through PNB debit card,due to some reasons they transfer order to another merchant so order no. changed (order no.4958687)(8JULY2013) but they sent me (FAKE)SKING COMPANY MOBILE(WHITE) through DTDC. I filed return request through their website, they accepted to return after getting pics i send them and then i sent back mobile through DTDC to their warehouse at CLUESNETWORK P LTD., PLOT-648, BIJWASAN-110061, DELHI.DTDC person himself packed mobile infront of me, but SHOPCLUES.COM SAYS THEY HAVE RECEIVED DIFFERENT MOBILE(BLACK) OF VOX COMPANY( NOT MATCH WITH THE PICS SENT BY ME) , SO THEY NOW ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY NOR SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND ORIGINAL.

I JUST WANT THE MONEY REFUND….
