Sir I have bought a HTC 8S(prepaid) mobile phone from shopclues.com after looking the add that the price is only 10200rs, and with 12 months of manufactured warranty,so i have bought the product.

the product have no warranty card and also have no warranty(i have to go for it servicing to service center) and this mobile is not from india,the mobile is in its dead condition. I tried to contact with shopclues to please return this product many times but they did not take any action yet today

So,there I kindly request to you that please take any action about this fact to please provide my money back yours faithfully SHIVAM KUMAR SHARMA
