i have purchased one Bajaj Majesty RX 10 Heat Convector order no 9485453 on 19 Dec 2013. when i received the item it was damaged internally.Internal plastic parts which is attached with fan is damaged. Same day i lodged a return request no 625004 and sent them some picture of damaged product for ready reference. i have already contact their customer care regarding the matter few times but each time they told the same thing kindly wait for days we will solve the problem. But it has already gone one and half month not solve the problem till date. on dt 22 Jan 2014 they send me a mail that mentioned a lol ans. kindly contact to the bajaj service center. then same day i sent a mail and contact their customer care mentioned that the warranty not include the internal damaged product(i.e brocken parts ) as well as in tripura there have no bajaj service centre. As their return policy it mentioned clearly at their site You are completely protected. ShopClues offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items.that Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity, Defective,Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant. So, kindly take some action against this type of fraud online seller like shopclues. and tell me some suggestion that how i return the item.
